TRUE LOVE

True Love.  What does that mean and what makes it so true? 

The Truth is a knowing, it is Divine...it is the Light.  That is Heaven.  It is "knowing" that there is nowhere else you would rather be, than in this moment...right here, right now.  

In my experience, True Love is what we feel when we connect with a person, place or thing on a truly emotional level.  In other words, in my gut (my "feelers"), it is what I desire, more than anything.  And, in my mind (my "thoughts"), there is nothing else I can think of, that I would rather be experiencing.  

This is "knowing."  This is your Truth.  This is HEAVEN.  Heaven is not where we go when we die, it is what we feel when we live! 

It is how you feel, when you are loving your time spent with your closest friends on a Saturday night, dancing with each other...and with strangers who remind you of your beauty and grace.   It is holding hands with someone you love on a beautiful day, on a beach you have never been before, smelling the salt in the air and his dirty hair when he leans in to kiss you.  It is what you feel when you see something that lights you up inside...Grandma's ring, a fond memory, your reflection.  

True Love is all about you.  And the truth is, if you do not have Love for yourself, how will you ever be able to feel that love for others...or from others?  You must learn to love yourself, for when you truly love yourself, no one can take that away from you.  It is knowing that there is nowhere else you would rather be, in this time and space...in this moment.  This is Heaven. Your truth. True Love.  

My wish is that you will focus your time and attention on doing things that matter to YOU, because YOU matter. Your Intention is what makes it True. You bring your Light to the occasion and enjoy the moments. Heaven is not The End, it is a choice. It is freedom from judgement.  I choose Heaven.   I choose me. 

This is True Love.
