After returning home from 2 months out of the country I found my inner dialogue to be dark and negative. I was back home (where I love to be), visiting with friends and going to the gym but my attitude was off. Also, while I was away I developed a very tight calf and sore knee. The first month I was home I made multiple trips to the chiropractor for adjustments and followed that with deep tissue massages.
